Individual vs Team plans, and how seat-based billing works.
Individual
One person, every Available persona included. Install what you need, when you need it, no per-persona charge.
Team
Team plans are seat-based: you pay per seat, and every seat gets the same access to the full Available roster. Team plans have a minimum of 5 seats.
Assigning and reassigning seats
Seats are assigned to individual people by their sign-in email. You can reassign a seat from one person to another, for example when someone leaves and is replaced, freeing the old assignment and handing it to the new person. Reassigning a seat does not require a new purchase as long as your total seat count covers it.
Changing your seat count
Adding seats takes effect going forward; removing seats brings you down to, but not below, the 5-seat minimum. Manage seat count from your account page or the Polar portal linked from it.
Which plan is right for you
If you are evaluating RolePlugin solo, or you are the only person on your team who will use it, Individual is simpler. If more than one person needs access, Team centralizes billing under one plan and gives every seat the same access.
