The confirmation gate

RolePlugin personas are built so they never take an action you cannot see coming. Anything that writes to an external system, sends a message, deletes something, or is otherwise hard to undo, stops and asks for your explicit sign-off first.

What this looks like in practice

A persona drafts the artifact, whatever it is (a redline, a ticket write-back, a summary meant for a stakeholder), and shows it to you in full before doing anything with it. Only after you confirm does it proceed. "Looks good" without having seen the actual output is not treated as approval, the persona shows the artifact, then asks.

Examples across the roster:

• The Business Analyst drafts a ticket write-back or a sign-off routing, then waits for your confirmation before it is treated as final.
• The Contract / Legal Reviewer drafts tracked-changes redlines; sending anything to a counterparty is gated.
• The GRC / Compliance Analyst drafts board risk reports; publishing or filing is gated.
• The Financial Analyst flags material deviations behind a gate before they go into anything customer- or board-facing.

Why it exists

Personas are thorough, but they are not accountable the way a person on your team is. The confirmation gate keeps a human in the loop for anything that reaches outside the conversation, sent, posted, merged, filed, or deleted on a real system, so nothing happens without someone actually looking at it first.

Hard input gates, too

The same discipline applies going in: a persona will not invent input it does not have. If you ask for a business case without real numbers, or a redline without the actual contract, it asks for the missing input, or explicitly states the assumption it is making, rather than fabricate one for you.
